This highly packable, POLARTEC® THERMAL PRO® insulated jacket provides thermal regulation and is built for mountaineering and cold weather. This second layer features an alpine fit close to the body without restricting movement. Its ergonomic design enhance freedom of movement and seamless shoulders allows to carry a backpack very comfortably. The polar fleece lining features a honeycomb knit that will trap a lot of air and thus, casts a good warmth-to-weight ratio. Its structure creates ventilation channels that create a gap for air circulation and wick moisture away. The LOW IMPACT™ rating is set to follow the limitation of our environmental impact.

I didn't check the size chart - I'm a regular Medium pretty much everywhere so I just ordered that. I'm 5'10", 155 lbs and it was huge on me. I returned it and got the Small and it fit much better, though the sleeves are still longer than I'm used to. Can't hurt in the rain, though. The jacket itself seems well constructed though I can imagine the mesh pockets wearing out or ripping pretty quickly. There's a cool feature where the jacket can be rolled up and shoved inside-out into one of the pockets and zipped up (like some reusable shopping bags) if you're trying to save space in a day pack, which I'll definitely appreciate down the line. All told it seems like a solid jacket for a good price. It's not thick btw - just a shell to keep the rain off.
