The zipper pulls fall off.
I do not know if it is a general Columbia product defect or, specific to this article.
I own and still wear a competitors product and after a decade of washing and zipping and unzipping, the pulls are still intact.
The zipper pulls on this jacket fall off with seemingly no provocation.
The pockets are ample and well positioned.
The material is soft and warm.
It is too bad that when wearing gloves I can not use the zippers.
